How do I return a product?Updated a month ago

If you need to make a return, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your package.

• Orders placed from November 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 are returnable until January 31, 2026.

All customers must create a Return Request before sending items back.

Return process:

For customers in Denmark:
You will receive a DAO return label within 24 business hours. A return shipping fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges for the same product (different size or color) are free of charge.

For all other customers:
You will receive an email with return instructions within 24 business hours, and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
