If your order has been cancelled, your refund will be processed automatically.

Please note that in some cases, your order may be cancelled before the payment has been captured. If this happens, no refund is required because the payment was never completed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, you may still see a temporary authorization on your account, which is usually released automatically within a few business days.

If your payment has already been captured, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 1–2 business days. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

For security reasons, Danish Endurance can only issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. This helps protect against fraud and ensures the integrity of our payment process.

If your payment details have changed since you placed your order, we'll still need to refund the amount to the original payment method. In this case, please contact your bank or payment provider for assistance in locating or redirecting the refunded funds.
