I ordered the wrong size or colorOpdateret en måned siden

If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, don't worry. You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return or exchange, simply log in to your account on our website and submit a return request.

The process is simple:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Submit a return or exchange request.
3. You'll receive a prepaid return label within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

Please note that if you submit your request during the weekend, your return label will be sent on the next business day.

Once we've received and processed your returned item, we'll either send your replacement item or issue a refund, depending on your request.
