1. Return processing:

Amazon Orders: If your order was fulfilled by Amazon, your refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and processed by Amazon's warehouse. This usually takes 3-5 business days after the item arrives in the warehouse.

Orders to Gramrode warehouse: For orders returned to our warehouse in Denmark (Gramrode), we will process your refund within 2-4 business days after receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment method, please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Refund to your payment method:

Credit/Debit Card: Once your refund has been processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.

PayPal: If you paid with PayPal, your refund should appear in your PayPal account within 1-3 business days of processing.

Other Payment Methods: Refund times for other payment methods may vary. Please check with your payment provider for specific details.

3. Refund Notification:

Email Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The email will contain the details of the refunded amount and the payment method used.
