1. Processing your return:

Amazon Orders: If your order was fulfilled by Amazon, we will refund you once the returned item has been received and processed by Amazon's warehouse. This usually takes 3-5 business days after the item arrives at the warehouse.

Orders placed at Gramrode warehouse: For orders returned to our warehouse in Denmark (Gramrode), we will process the refund within 2-4 business days after receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

2. Refund to your payment method:

Credit/Debit Card: Once your refund has been processed, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.

PayPal: If you paid by PayPal, your refund should appear in your PayPal account within 1-3 business days after processing.

Other Payment Methods: Refund times for other payment methods may vary. Please check with your payment provider for details.

3. Notification of reimbursement:

Email Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. This email will contain information about the amount refunded and the payment method used.
