1. Processing your return:

Gramrode warehouse orders: For orders returned to our warehouse in Denmark (Gramrode), we will process your refund within 2-4 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take a little longer for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Refund to your payment method:

Credit/Debit Card: Once your refund has been processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

PayPal: If you paid with PayPal, your refund should appear in your PayPal account within 1-3 business days of processing.

3. Notification of refund:
