1. Processing of your return:

Amazon Orders: If your order was delivered by Amazon, we will issue your refund once the returned item has been received and processed at Amazon's warehouse. This usually takes 3-5 working days after the item arrives at the warehouse.

Orders from Gramrode's warehouse: For orders that are returned to our warehouse in Denmark (Gramrode), we process your refund within 2-4 business days after receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Refund to your payment method:

Credit/Debit Card: Once your refund has been processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.

PayPal: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will appear in your PayPal account within 1-3 working days of processing.

Other payment methods: Refund times for other payment methods may vary. Check with your payment provider for specific details.

3. Notice of repayment:

Confirmation per Email: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. This email will contain information about the amount refunded and the payment method used.
